Mozart: The Violin Concertos (2CD)

Following his critically acclaimed set of Mozart Violin Sonatas with pianist Kit Armstrong, highly esteemed violinist Renaud Capuçon produces another Mozart set on Deutsche Grammophon.

He says: “Ever since I became Artistic Director of the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne, it’s been obvious that I should record the five Mozart concertos with them. We have a natural musical affinity in this repertoire, and their sound and sense of phrasing are so inspiring. Recording these works together was pure joy.”
