Between 2019 and 2020 Rudolf Buchbinder recorded the complete Beethoven Piano Concertos in Musikverein Wien with conductors and orchestras he played with over his whole career.

    MORE INFORMATION

"In essence, I find that Beethoven’s five Piano Concertos are notable for being completely unalike and that – in contrast to Mozart – no clear-cut development is discernible in them. They are independent works with distinct characters. And it was precisely this that for me was another reason to record the Concertos in the 2020 anniversary year with five different orchestras and five different conductors." Rudolf Buchbinder
